Once your paperwork and deposit are completed, we begin production immediately. All windows, doors, and shutters are custom-manufactured to your specifications.

When can I expect installation to begin?

Manufacturing timelines depend on the products ordered:

• Windows & Doors: Typically 4–6 weeks for production and delivery

• Shutters: Typically 3–4 weeks for production and delivery

As soon as your order is ready, our team will schedule installation at a time that works best for you.

How much do I need to pay to start my order?

A 50% deposit is required to begin production, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for convenient, secure payments.

What warranty do you offer on your products?

All white vinyl frames and vinyl sash components are backed by a 25-year warranty.
